Why can't I open simple JPEG photos?

Just got a new laptop, cant open any JPEG files. Its pretty sad and shameful that you idiots can't make a laptop that opens regular photo's. Bunch of over educated IDIOTS!!!! This **** is ridiculous. You got to be a god damn computer hacker just to open up A DAMN PHOTO! I might not know as much about computers. but I know I'm not as dumb as you all when it comes to practicality. I'll just be thankful that I have common sense, which isn't so common these days obviously.You guys love creating updates that just screws everyone over. How do you have an update that just breaks sh**? Oh yea, I know.
