Why can't I open Microsoft applications on windows such as: Xbox, Microsoft Store, Media player, Snipping tool, notepad, and other xbox games and apps

All of the Microsoft applications on windows have not been working and I've tried repairing the apps in settings. I've been kind of suspecting it could be something with my account but I haven't figured anything out, please help. When i try to open videos, It says "package could not be registered." The other applications don't have error messages and just wont open. But when I try to open Forza Horizon 5 on PC it says "Please try to start the service manually in Services Manager. If you cannot start the service, please open Settings app, find GamingServices package in Apps list and select Repa
