Why can't I open any application or task manager?

[Windows 11]

Since the beginning of the year I've been having trouble with my computer. I have windows 11 and it started with the latest update. Every time I restart my computer and log in and only after I log in my keyboard isn't recognize and I can only use my mouse. I can't open any application, not even Task Manager or the command prompt. The only way I can get my computer in working order is to restart my computer, and bring up the safe mode, and uninstall any recent features.
