Why can't I make it past windows security in opera gx password manager?

I have tried far too many times to log sign into this windows security popup in my opera gx password manager and it will not accept the username and password that every other microsoft login screen I've encountered will accept. It's the same thing, but for some reason it's broken on opera. Why is this happening and how can it get fixed?
