Why can't I get in my pc after not being active

So I don't know what to do anymore. Since October I can't get back in my laptop after not being active for like 10 minutes. After the screen turns black this happens, nothing is showing up except the icons at the right bottom (look at the picture). I always need to restart everything. I already deactivated the sleep saver and I rolled back my Display driver. I don't know what to do anymore.
