Why cant i get 3d audio to work????!!

I've been trying fo the past week to turn it on, 1.going to the sound panel thingy and messing around with the stuff there you know, trying to turn on spatial sound but it jus blinks back to "off"2. seeing if the box says anything about 3d audio(it doesn't) i have the hyperx cloud ALPHA headphones, assuming that headphones like these WOULD HAVE 3D AUDIO RIGHT!?!?searching up solutions, downloading the hyperx audio system thingy, seeing if DTS has something to do with this,NOTHING!!!!I've tried everything i could, the only thing i can think of now?I've seen that some people say that i have to g
