Why can't I enable memory integrity?

This was a problem for me for a while, so I factory reset my laptop 2 days ago and it seemed to have fixed the problem. Now for some reason it's become a problem again, and I can't memory integrity again. When scanning to find incompatible drivers, no drivers show up, this was also a problem for me last time as well (which is why I decided to just factory reset my laptop). I am currently on a Dell G15 5515. I have tried running Autoruns, but no driver shows up as yellow or red. I don't believe there should be any incompatible drivers anyways, as I only recently factory reset my laptop.
