Why can't I connect to wifi

[Windows 10]

I'm on a Windows 10 computer and I cannot connect to the wifi.When I click 'show available networks' it just pops up with 'Network & Internet settings,' 'Change settings, such as making a connection metered. Despite no networks showing, my phone, laptop and tablet are all able to connect with full bars.When I click Change adapter options I can only see two, one called 'Ethernet' and one called 'Hamachi.'In device manager my network adapters consist of Intel(R) Ethernet Connection, LogMeIn Hamachi Virtual Ethernet Adapter and 8 WAN Miniports.Please help me resolve this.
