Why can't I complete windows 11 initial setup after reaching PIN code creation?

My issue stems from the secure boot on windows 11. I bought a geekom pc and I'm trying to set it up correctly, but when I go through all of the initial steps including choosing the language, the keyboard settings, signing in to this account everything is fine until I reach the PIN code page. However, when I get to the PIN creation page (which I don't believe I need since I used my password to login) it says, "Because you singed in without a password, you'll need to set up a PIN for your Microsoft account. With a PIN you'll be able to sing in to your account without using your phone of another
