Why can't I change safe search setting?

I just ran windows updates and store updates on all my computers. It seems now that the Safe Search settings in the Settings panel don't have any effect. I usually use Edge, but the same problem occurs in Firefox and Chrome.Safe Search seems to always be in strict mode. Even if I log in with and administrator ID.Did the update break something? I see some others have had this problem in the past, but none of the solutions seem to make sense in the current version of Windows 11.My windows version is:Windows 11 Pro Version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1555). Microsoft Edge Browser Version 112.0.1722
