Why can't i boot windows instalation media when i switched my sata m.2 (with windows on it)

So i just upgraded my pc from a ryzen 5 3500 gtx 1660 to a ryzen 7 5700x, rtx 3060 and i also upgraded my sata m.2 (which has windows on it) with a newer one, i already installed a usb media installation through usb but when i tried to boot it it just wouldn't load the instalation media but instead it's just stuck on a blue screen. I tried upgrading it to windows 11 but when that didnt work i tried installing windows 10 again on the new sata but thats where the blue screen starts popping up, i tried turning secure boot on and off, disabled or enabled csm but it just wouldnt work, any ideas?
