Why can't I access Windows Security as an Administrator user?

I am an Administrative user for my machine. There are multiple accounts on this machine for other family members, but I am the only admin.When I try to open "Windows Security" I only get a blank screen. If I try to access Windows Security from Microsoft.com webpages (like Virus and Threat Protection in the Windows Security App - Microsoft Support) I get a browser notification to open the app, I agree and then get the following message on my desktop:This is after I have done a clean install of the Windows 11 Pro operating system.
