Why can’t I access windows? Reseting my pc won’t work.

I was watching YouTube on my desktop until suddenly, for some reason my brand new pc (that i haven’t even had for a month yet) stops working. As in it brought me to the blue choose option screen when i hadn’t clicked anything to get there, and when I press continue to windows 11, it brings me back to the same screen. I tried to troubleshoot it by resetting it. But it brings me to “There was a problem. Restart your pc to try again. It looks like something didn’t load correctly. Restarting it might fix the problem. If this happens more than once, you might also be able to find help by searching
