I purchased Windows 10 on my account in 2016. I am not trying to activate my Windows 10 account, and it is not working. I see the product in my order history, however, when I click on it, the page states "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found." How am I supposed to put in my product key if the place I ordered it from does not give me access to it, which is microsoft?! It is impossible to reach a person to talk to for customer support.
