WHY CAN'T I ACCESS MICROSOFT SUPPORT???

I have a tech support emergency. I go to microsoft.com and log in. I go to the bottom of the page and click on Contact Microsoft. This is what I get: The request is blocked.20241213T195400Z-165b69996ff29phthC1LAXbtnn0000000bc000000000d42uI need tech support. It is an EMERGENCY. Yet Microsoft allows NO, repeat, NO, access to support. The tech support phone number does not allow you to be connected to tech support, or a human. The Help sections do not help.
