Why can't 2 people in one company are unable to share OneDrive files?

Hi, We have 2 people in our company that cannot share one drive folders. Lets assume its John and Mary. We already did this all troubleshooting: - Checked the sharing limit and John can share to anyone else in the company except Mary. John shared it with me and I can access the folder without any issues so that marks out the sharing limit. - Ensured that there one drives are logged in correctly and are on our portal. Even logged them out and back in. - The folder is not located in a personal vault. It is being shared to 5 different people, including me, and we don't have any issue accessing it
