wHY CAN;T i UPDATE wINDOWS 11 pRO

I purchased a mini PC last year with Windows 11 Pro. I currently have 22H2. I wanted to update to 23H2, but I couldn't find the update when I looked at Windows update. I found out I needed TPM 2,0. I checked the bios under security but all I saw was password change. I also looked in control panel and it said TPM 2 not connected. If I currently have Windows 11 on my computer, why can't I update to 23H2? What are my options now, besides getting a new computer of course?
