I'm racking my brain. I've checked Network sharing and discovery. I can't get over this. They're both on the same LAN. They're both given their IP addresses by DHCP. I sit at the 10 and ping the 11's IP - result no problems, no lost packets, ping finishes almost instantly. I sit at the 11 and ping the 10's IP - result takes long time and all packets are lost. From the 11, typing either the name or the IP address takes a long time and returns path not found! I don't get it. From the 10, the two PCs are instantly recognized without typing anything.
