Why can I not update windows anymore? When I check for updates they never load up.

My windows does not update anymore. If I click check for updates it just constantly loads and nothing ever pops up. It says the last time it was checked for an update was 2/27/25. Which I have tried multiple times to check for updates after that date and nothing happens. I tried running the troubleshooter and it says it was not able to find the issue and to contact support.
