Why can I not update to Windows 11 Pro 23H2

I go to Windows Update to check for new updates and it says my licensed version of Windows 11 Pro has 'reached the end of service'. I click on Windows Update and it just spins but does not find the Feature Update to 23H2 that it is supposed to. There are no pending optional updates. I've already run System File Checker and DISM online but that did not resolve. What am I missing?
