Why are we all installing a Windows 11 update that is not in the catalog (2023-11 Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057)

Working on my brother's Laptop ASUS A515 Windows 11 and this update above sent the Laptop to the BSOD and no restore point would work (5 restore points) 2 day of SFC chkdsk /f /r c: . All the fix restart etc etc would not work.Nothing do it again no chance. There was no way this laptop was going to return with all the software for my brother to use on it. I've had to re-install Windows 11 home again. This will not do Microsoft. I am suspending any updates for the next 3 weeks get your skates on fix it please. 2023-11 Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057)
