Why are my wireless headphones not working?

[Windows 11]

My wireless headphones only work in hands free audio and when I turn this off or disable hands free audio I cannot switch back to normal. I have tried deleting and reinstalling drivers. In sound settings it says that the headphones are not connected and when I click connect nothing happens. They are connected to Bluetooth but not actually appearing in the output sound settings,
