I have been struggling with images like this, invisible programs (they don't display however they are open) I have to send to sleep mode and click back to windows in order to see the programs. I also have status access violation in every browser so I can't use browsers. Everything is up to date. Windows11, Nvidia graphics drivers, bios updated, chipset, etc. I installed Ubuntu studio and status access violation error is gone, however images still have those lines! Is this a CPU issue? Or it's a monitor issue? It's not my rtx 4060 graph card since I disabled it and ran windows with amd ryzen 7
