why are my headphones only connecting as voice instead of music and voice

[Windows 10]

I am using a lavince headphone headband that only connects for voice I tried all the usual steps like updating drivers uninstalling drivers restarting the computer and using the troubleshooter but nothing is working. At this point, I'm lost and have seen so many different answers none of them working.
