Why are certain keys on my keyboard only working when others are pressed at the same time?

on my laptop keyboard the keys t, y, o, and tab, simply don't work, unless another key is pressed at the same time, i have already tried deleting the keyboard in the device manager and i've tried turning off sticky keys and filter keys.
