Why are all (not including microsoft owned) apps in my windows search box show the three boxes icon?

I recently factory reset my computer and haven't found the fix. I have tried clearing my icon cache, dism with sfc, and some other fixes but I haven't found the fix. I think I just pressed "sign in" in the settings somewhere and this started occurring. This issue also prevents me from running those apps in administrator through the search box.As you can see, I am missing the options from this app (like run as Administrator). I have tried changing my search indexing options, but, unless I did it wrong, I haven't fixed it still. I am debating if I should factory reset my computer again. I have j
