Why are all default icons now black after updating?

I updated windows 11 to 24H2, but after updating, all the icons are now black. Note that there was no issue before updating, and I didn't install any apps after updating.Default shortcuts like 'This PC', 'Recycle Bin' etc are now completely black, while downloaded apps have the arrow in the corner replaced by black. Even in explorer, all the icons are black.And also, the icons sometimes turn transparent, but not as frequently.I tried restarting explorer, and graphics drivers. I also noticed that the startup sound is completely gone. Can anyone fix this?
