Why am i unable to use some of my settings in the setting app?

[Windows 11]

Whenever I search up a setting it doesn't come up like 'Graphics' and 'Display Settings' Even when I go to devices to go to my display settings when I click on it its doesn't do anything. It does not open, even when I right click my desktop and try to get to it from there it still just takes me to the home page of settings.Can someone please help...
