I forgot my password. I requested to have it authorized through my authenticator but got no response. I requested it send a code to my email. No code was sent. I requested a code be sent to my phone. I received nothing. Microsoft's online support would consistently either lead me to a dead end or send me going in circles, all without a solution. So, I went through the process to recover my account, but the response was that it couldn't be recovered because I had two-factor. My two-factor wasn't working either.
