Why am I getting BSOD? "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED"

Help, I have recently been getting blue screen with the error "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED". This has been going on a couple of times for about two weeks now and need help pinpointing the issue. I've tried to analyze dump files made as I got blue screened with WinDbg, but am not smart enough to understand what they say. I only get BSOD sometimes when launching apps, it first happened launching Steam while I was playing a game, then when launching it as I was just browsing, to most recently launching Discord while I had steam opened.
