why all my DISM commands Check Health, Scan now and Restore Health all are showing the component store is repairable

Hello,Whenever I on my laptop every time a c:\windows\system32 pop-up came on my screen and then I checked DISM Commands ( CheckHealth, Scannow and RestoreHealth ) of my windows and I found the component store is repairable.Please help.
