Why a 30% price hike on Microsoft 365 subscriptions? With just a few days warning.

Here in Denmark I have just received a 30% price hike on my old Microsoft 365 family subscription. With just 3 days to cancel my subscription for me and my family. Why such an exorbitant price hike? It's not that the Microsoft directors are short of money? Honestly, I feel abused and exorted and I am not the only one suspecting Microsoft is trying to milk long time loyal customers. I am a lifelong user of Microsoft software both prefessionally and private, and used to the applications, but as a pensioner I do not have much use for the more advanced features anymore.
