Dell Latitude 7430. Windows Updates completely up-to-date. "Dell Command | Update" app completely up-to-date. "Intel Driver & Support Assistant" app completely up-to-date. "Scannow" command in Command-Prompt says there's no problems, as does "Scanhealth" command. Hard-Drive has 30% free. Task Manager says 40% memory being used.Just since booting-up this morning everything is slow and laggy: slow to restart, slow to input fields in apps like Chrome etc., slow to load all apps, slow to bring-up the Start-Menu.What information do you need to debug this? Task Manager? Event Viewer? What, pleas
