Hello,I have a relatively new computer:Windows 11 ver. 10.0.22621RTX 4070 16GB of RAM (2x DDR4)AMD Ryzen 5 5600XRecently I have had weird issues on windows I also get constant stutters not matter which or how many apps are open. By stutters I mean that it almost seem like the whole OS skips a few frames and becomes completely unresponsive during that time. The mouse cursor will just jump a few centimeters if I was moving it, any keypress during a stutter is not recognized et cetera.
