Hello, right now. I'm having problems where after I had factory reseted my computer. I would try to log in by putting in my pin code but it would go over to a gray screen saying "the user profile service failed the sign-in and user profile cannot be loaded."I would try to fix that by watching multiple kinds of youtube videos but each one was the same on that you have to go into safe mode. The problem is that when I go into safe mode. It would go back to the login screen and when I put in my pin code. It would keep loading and loading and then a white screen appears.
