White lines appearing all over the screen Help.

In certain apps like lenovo vantage or brave browser and ms word whenever I search something or perform some action which includes certain ram or cpu usage certain whitish patterns starts forming all over the screen like fog and dissapears after search is completed. Like in this screenshot when i am scanning the system, patterns appears but not in all apps. Problem started from a week ago. I dont know if this is hardware or software issue. Pattern not appears in heavy games like rdr2 and opera browser. Please tell the soln. Laptop- Lenovo Ideapad gaming 3 15ARH05. Graphics card- GTX 1650 4 gb
