White, Blank Screenshot when taking a snip from Win+Shift+S

Hi,Lately I reset my laptop and it is running the windows 10 version 22H2; whenever I try to take a snip and paste it where I want to send it like on texting app, or just open it in paint, it is just a blank, white snip. Whereas the Ctrl+ PrtSc Works perfectly fine when I have to take a full-screen screenshot.NOTE:The Win+Shift+S doesn't work at all, rectangular, window, freestyle, fullscreen snip, none of them work; only the Ctrl+PrtSc works which takes a fullscreen shot.
