Whit blank sheet or icon showing on front of app icons in desktop.

So, i have a windows 10 Pro running on my PC.Win version. 22h2. Buildno. 19045.4651The main issue im facing is there’s a kind of blank white sheet or icon showing in front of every app icons, shortcuts too. I dont know this randomly popped up to every icon when i turned on my pc. I have also downloaded all latest updates but didnt worked.
