While updating the windows 11 23H2 using Jan .msu file manually its show "A required privilege is not held by the client" in a domain joined pc.

After downloading the Jan month Kb, when running it on the pc its showing a required privilege is not held by the client. The pc is in my organisation domain. Tried with both Admin and privileged user account but still showing the same msg. My pc is connected with intranet of organisation. Please help
