While playing a game my screen started stuttering and it turned from 65 fps to 2-4 fps

Well i tried many things to fix this like disabling xbox game bar, deleting Unnecessary apps or changing the graphic cards but none of these worked. In a game like team fortress 2 after playing for like 20-35 minutes the fps immendiently went from 70 to 3. Most games that i play is the same thing, stuttering starts after short time of playing. I dont know whats the cause of this problem, i hope someone can help me with this. I will say details if anyone asks
