While loading into COD MW2 I get server disconnected on ethernet only

[Windows 11]

While trying to load into COD mw2 on PC windows11 I get a error saying lost connection to server or host while I'm on ethernet connection. If I swap to WIFI I do not get this error. I've tried different ethernet cables, reset router and nothing changes. Now If I do anything else on the computer with the ethernet connected it works fine
