While i was downloading a game from steam my screen went black, my pc is turned on however my monitor won’t display and my keyboard isn’t showing any

i know it’s not the monitor as my ps4 is working with it. Sometime similar has happened before however previously i fixed it by simply turning my pc on and off again.the pc hasn’t been turned on in 2 weeks as i’ve been away however i don’t think that has anything to do with it as it was working fine for about 20 minutes while i started to download the game
