While attempting to reset my PC it requires that I enter my password. Even with a brand new password it still won’t let me continue past the password

My Pc has been having other problems such as random crashes upon boot up and at other random times as well as not detecting my GPU. When I’m booting my pc it also tells me to move one of my RAM units to a different slot which I just haven’t gotten to so that may be a part of the problem. The computer is also relatively new and I built it myself but it has just now been having problems.
