Where to get the ap4h codec for Windows

[Windows 11]

Hello,I am trying to open a video file and getting an error message that says the file is in the ap4h (NOT APCH) format which is not supported. I have done some research and seen similar posts that I needed to get the RAW codec but when I went into the Windows (or Microsoft) store on my Win11 Pro computer it says that it is already installed. Where can I get the proper codec for the ap4h format?Thank you.
