Where to find Windows 11 iso/installer that is up to date with 24H2.

I'm looking for, if it exists/can exist, a windows 11 iso or media creation tool that is up to date and doesn't need to update and install the "2024-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems" after a fresh install, since the update is so slow to install.
