Where to find the "Windows 11 installation has failed" log?

It is so frustrating, I have been trying to upgrade my Asus ROG Zephyrus from Windows 10 Home to 11 Home uncountable number of times unsuccessfully.Tried online update, offline update. None work. It's a 2 months old laptop with high-end specifications. TPM and Secure Boot are enabled. SSD on D: was BitLocker encrypted. It was already decrypted. I am running out of options, no clue what else to check. How do I know what causes the installation to fail?Thanks in advance.
