Where to complain about no more "open these tabs next time..."?

The ie7 feature was really useful and was not dependent on users having to

remember in ie8 to go to Tools/Reopen Last Browsing Session. It is incredibly

frustrating and should not appear in ie9.

In ie9, please give users a range of options including the ie7 option "open

these tabs next time I use IE".

Or just configure IE8's home page to about:tabs which will show the option

to reopen those tabs.
