Where is the Media Feature Pack?

Hi, I was wondering about the Media Feature pack. I am trying to play Call of duty black ops 3 when it hit me with an error to download media feature pack, but i cannot seem to find it ANYWHERE. I looked everywhere and still, nothing. Online, nothing. Settings, nothing. What do I do? My version is 22H2. please reach back soon. thanks!
