Where is my bitlocker? Just factory reset and no bitlocker update but it updated my laptop name.

I just factory reset my laptop and you have not given me my bitlocker! Where the **** is my bitlocker????????? You obviously know I have a new one because you updated my laptops name. I can't pull it up via command prompts or maybe I don't have the specific one. I will make a shrine to the person who can give me a command prompt that could give me the code because Microsoft is a daft c*nt that won't give me access to my passwords.Also after getting back into my laptop after factory resetting, I found out the bitlockers I can access on my PHONE are DIFFERENT than the one on my LAPTOP when THEY'
