Where do I go to get this fixed?

I have for about 3 months been growing more and more frustrated with my device. It constantly repeats the letter A and I can get it to stop... I used to be able to press the A key and it would stop but it seems to be getting worse and no matter what I do, it's not working.I have ripped out the keys and cleaned up debree but it seems to not be because of that. I am unable to open my laptop but I believe something might be pressing up against something else or complete internal damage to somehow malfunction this key.
